Two weeks ago, we began a new series on The New Birth. This is the second in the series of those sermons. In the first sermon, we dealt with the difference between being begotten and being born again; in this sermon, in using the admonition to reason, we deal with the effect of faith and the nature of The New Birth in that it involves more than the faith to change a heart…one’s state must be changed.
